Dimensions: Waterline length 178 m, overall length 183 m, beam 17 m, maximum draft 7.25 m, depth 9.28 m.

Armour: main belt 50 mm, upper belt 30 mm, main turrets 20-80 mm, upper deck 20 mm, armour deck 20-35 mm, conning tower 20-100 mm.

Armament:
  •  8 x 15cm/L55 guns in four double turrets.
  •  4 x 8.8cm/L76 guns in two double turrets.
  •  8 x 3.7cm/L83 guns in four double mounts.
  •  4 x 2cm guns in single mounts.
  •  8 x 53.3cm torpedo tubes in two in two quadruple mounts.
  •  Up to 160 mines.

  •  Four Wagner boilers, two turbine sets coupled to the wing shafts, 100,000 hp.
