Additional notes: Heinz Rosner was a professional sailor who joined the Kriegsmarine at the age of 21. Once aboard the Bismarck, he was assigned to the 9th Division (The division for radio, signal, and helmsmen personnel – accountable to the Intelligence Officer (B.N.O.) Korvettenkapitän Kurt-Werner Reichard).
